As with all of the CAST rooflght range, the side hung/escape version comes with double glass units with a 6.4mm laminated inner pane and 4mm toughened outer pane, polyester powder paint finish (matt black as standard) and is weatherstrip sealed against draughts.

Whilst maintaining it low-profile design, the side hung/escape rooflight offers a clear opening width of 685mm and a clear opening length of 1030mm and is in compliance with Building Regulations sizes of 500mm x 850mm clear.
